Dragonstalker6 bought a rogue off me and even given me reply on my thread saying good trader few days later the 300usd is now being reversed. and i am to refund, tracking item to solve.

really not funny /u/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif just want all the help i can get on this guy. He currently is not replying on aim and the paypal notice i recieved was unauthorized. he even replied on my thread he bought my account.

What can i do now?

Ok so heres the Story. I buy the Rogue, paid 300 usd. I come home from work yesterday to find the account banned, call blizzard and they say I called trying to change the info, which i didn't because i was at work and all the info was already change to my own. I tryed to contact this guy, cant get in touch with him, so i filed a claim on Paypal. Simple as that, then he AIMs me on a diff SN then he sold me the account with. Scammer IMO. Sittin here tellin me hes gonna call the police on me if i dont cancel the claim.

TRANSLATION: I'm a moron and I called blizzard to change the info too many times getting the account locked. Now they need an ID which I don't have /u/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif. I guess before I even contact the seller to see if he can get it unlocked i'll file a claim on paypal.

wow? im going to call the police on you? i said that i think i shuold paste the entire log and with screenshot i made /u/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif different sn? didn't i say i have both and willing to login on both? nothing wrong with 2 sn's... ?

and how do i know if you did not bot, farm or break any of the rules. We already had a huge chat on aim you decided to do nothing at all about this matter.

Oh yea fyi it says why it was banned in an email. You will find the email in whichever scammer tried to recall the rogues inbox. /u/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif
 
Look dude. I've dealt with people like you before. You get your money and just feel like screwing someone over after you've already got your end. And then you say i got the account banned for Botting or Farming, Haha. Never used a Bot program in my life. I have 2 other accounts in perfect standing that I've had for years, nothing has ever happened to them. I come home from work and find the account i just payed 300 bucks for banned, that I've only logged on like [censored] gonna call the po po on him, why dont u try contacting me for more then 5 mins.

Well, there it is. PayPal closed the Case, and guess what. The scammer wins, Gratz on your 300 dollars. And im left with no account. Pat yourself on the back, you got one over on me, Good job!
 
I would suggest you DO call the police, or actually the FBI - especially if you have personal information. They are cracking down hard on internet fraud in general, and are very aware of the monetary value of online gaming.
 
You have to be kidding? Legaly a "video game" account cannot be owned sold or traded for any amount of money (least WoW accounts). It would be similar to calling the police because you bought a stolen car and it broke down. You have NO legal right of ownership period. Also if the original account owner wanted to scam the account it wouldnt have gotten banned. You call give the SQ/A and can have the password reset/email changed in 2 minutes. This site with its linking to known fraud sites. Links to "trustwho" with the pretense that in ANY way provides security is nonsense. Even more so that one can call the fbi/police and get any form of response. Especially for a 300 dollar gaming account.
 
It may be possible that blizzard is tracking ips and locking accounts. They warned about this and are becoming strict about things like that, so probably accessing an aaccount immediately after you buy it is not a good idea.
Let a 24hr cooldown, instead of a 5 minutes after you get the login info.

Could that have possibly been the problem and both of you got PWNT by Blizzard?

I suggest you do some research into virtual property law. And some research into pending cases in court.
 
Strangely im more than fluent with the current state or nonexistent state of virtual property. Blizzard denies any rights of virtual ownership of its intellectual property. No legal precedent currently exists that supersedes blizzards rights in this regard.Its also why technically speaking the facilitation on this site is also illegal if blizzard desired to press a suit. If you can link me to a legal precedent showing that a users has inherent rights to someone else's copyrighted material id like to see it? Obviously such a link DOES NOT EXIST. And as of now you CANNOT OWN SELL OR TRADE blizzards intellectual property. So i suggest instead of posting unsupported drivel you do some research yourself. Ya call the police "HEY I WAS BUYING THIS ILLEGAL COPYRIGHTED MATERIAL AND NEVER RECEIVED IT. NO I HAVE NO PROOF TO CONFIRM FRAUD TOOK PLACE NOR ANY LEGAL RIGHTS OVER SAID MATERIAL BUT GO ARREST THEM! gotta be kidding me. How about you state the rights a person has that supersedes blizzards? How about you give me an example of a court case resulting from fraud on your site?....thought so /u/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smirk.gif
