He was supposed to pay me $500 for my hunter, i had done a couple trades with him in the past, he asked for 1 day to put money into his paypay or w/e. I am waiting for him for a couple hours, i notice he isn't on aim, when he is always usually online, i log onto a diff sn and he is on, he blocked me and has my hunter, i will be retrieving it back today, but DO NOT do buisiness with this guy.

Konvule traded me his 64 rogue for my 64 Hunter last week. The very next day after we traded the rogue was suspended for 72 hours for account sharing. The e-mail from blizzard read that it was a 3rd and final warning about this. I told Konvulse about this and he said it was my problem and i was stuck with the account. Naturally I waited a week, let him trade a few times, then when the time was right, i offered him 500 dollars for one of his new (70 orc hunter ) accounts. Ya i took the account from him didn't pay, and I gave him his rogue back even. We're back where we started as far as i am concerned.
Just so no one thinks i'm lying here is even the post he posted today because i gave him the rogue back.

Well if you traded me an account on its last leg so to speak I would get my account back and thats for sure. One report that account is banned. That should have been disclosed before the trade. I have dealt with EternyLsLeeP and never had an issue at all. I think this was lack of communication about the account status more than anything.....just my .02 though GL working it out but I would not call him out as a scammer when you traded him a jacked up account knowingly

The real story, stop trying to make your self look good is:
I originally had traded him this rogue tht i had no clue about it being on final warning seeing as i got it the day before. I got his 67 night lef hunter. We did not change emails or sq/a. The rogue ended up getting a 3 day ban, he got his hunter back with pasword retrieveal and i said that was fair. Next he imes me a couple weeks later saying he has a druid, i said i dd not want that and he tells me later that night he has a hunter, so i said ok. We traded i gave him my rogue and he gave me a diff hunter from before. He messages me friday, saying what account do you have? i reply with i have a 70 orc hunter and he says: ok ill pay you $500 and i asked for some reassurance because he wanted it that day and i found him trustworthy in the past. He said he would change the rogues indo under mine just so i would have something to trust him by, i speak with him dialy from fri-sun. Next thing you know, i get on aim on Monday which is today, he is not online and i waited 4 hours, i then logon to a friends screen name to see if he was on and yup, he was. I had been calling him all day and wrote him an email and he was ignoring me, i then tell him i know the OO because i do and that i was getting my account back tomorrow. He then replies with that he has his credit card on my account now and will get it banned if i recall. That is the true and only story, dont try to make up lies.
