What was scammed?: 25 dollars that i spent on Vanilla and time, and my time that he wasted when i found someone that can do what i wanted done.

Approximate value of scammed property: $35-45 USD this is including my time, it was a deal he made with me and he didn't go through with it.

Describe how you were scammed: Wasted my time on doing RaF, he didn't follow through our deal
Other details / notes: He messages me on mmobay.com, saying he wanted to do RaF with me and he can run us and he can get me to 60 in 4 days. He also swore to me that he can do this. After the first day my character sitting on level 12, then he gives me a excuse saying," my friend just came back and he wanted me to do RaF with him, im so so sorry dude." I did not believe him.(it wasn't true) Then he checks if i paid..then he goes sorry dude for the scare, I will level your character.
(he recently sold his account so he wanted to start all over again) His been telling me that his been busy, I asked him why did you wanted to make a deal with me when i bought everything the night he wanted to do this. Maskofdj17(mod) he even told me a deal is a deal. HE told me to post this because he convinced me this wasn't right.

All I wanted was him to finish his deal that he made with me. Since its I know he wont finish in time, I will not give my shaman for his late actions.
If he doesn't want to do this I want my money back, but I want the time he wasted for giving me B***S***.

Well I think I am going to look for someone else to do RaF with, I just want my money that I've spent and time back. If he won't refund me and his going to get banned for dumbness he caused then thats stupid just for a little thing..

I am going to update if I find another RaF person to do it with..

I found a RaF buddy already.
I would want my Refund back from him money+time=35-45 dollars. I think thats fair for wasting my time its been actually 4 days.

He said four days since yesterday. So Perfectshott has to pay $35 compensation by three days from now: Friday, June 11 in the evening.

I just don't want to do business with him anymore i would want a total refund. He is a dammed liar, I can agree he was cool at first till he started making up excuses then that made me popped a question to him saying dude, "its been two days and yet nothing." Then he goes crazy.

Why doesn't he post here so we can settle this like grown men.

I think 35 dollars is a fair refund, from the time he wasted when I could of been 60 already or maybe even level 70.

I apologize. I misread earlier. Mike has the deadline set to this weekend. Perfectshott has until this weekend to compensate the value added to the account.

Ok there are so many points of this story that are way off its hard to decide where to start. First off, please post actual screenshots of the converstation im sure you have them... I NEVER EVER promised to finish in 4 days... I was very very clear from the start that i had never done it this way and it was an estimate. YOU KNEW THIS GOING IN. Okay and then yes at about level 8 i was going to drop and switch raf partners, an RL was coming back to the game and i was gonna play with him. At this point his account had trial restrictions, i couldnt traded with him and he couldnt speak with him in chat so i figured he was on a trial...And we were only level 8, i figured he would wait till 19...Ok so then i till him and he says he upgraded to vanilla through blizzard and the trial restrictions just hadnt come off so i tell him okay we had a deal i will still finish it. So i am leveling but having much more difficulties then expected . I get to about level 12 the next day and the spamming begins. He starts messaging me telling me i have to finish in 3 days or he was going to get me banned. I tell the kid stop spam messaging your not my fking boss, stop giving me deadlines im gonna get it done when i can i gave you an estimate . So the kid continues spam messaging me to my cellphone ingame on aim everything. The next day i am busy doing RL things. The day after he goes crazy demanding $35.... First off WTF? $35 really? How the hell do you figure that? Vanilla costs 20 from the blizzard store and can be bought on mmobay for about $18 on a bad day... So then i tell him look, stop spamming my cellphone with threats of getting me banned and ill finish the leveling when i can ... He then tells me he has already found an RAF partner and he just wants the money. Oh and he wants $35 for his "Time". I have screenshots of this and i will post them below.
 
Go ahead and post. I have every msg that i msg you, I did not threaten you. YOU msg me saying you could finish this deal in 4 days, since you so called lvl and finish them off and sell them and you did that with 4 characters, and again i did not threaten you like WTF you better do this kind of thing. You made a deal and I was expecting that deal to be finish. I did not edit anything. You were the one slacking off on your term, when you make a deal with someone you do it. I don't go around telling you what to do. You made a strict deal. You messed around with the wrong guy son.
 
I just want to make this clear. At this point, the way you two are bickering at each other, it's become a "he said, she said" ordeal. There is not going to be a clearer or more concise way to discover who is responsible until screenshots are posted.

I'm also confused, and I'm sure Mike is confused as well. F8onvtech, please post a bullet by bullet list of the events that occurred. Did you upgrade HIS account with the vanilla? Did you put gametime on your own account? What account received these upgrades and gametime? Also please screenshot any conversation that shows he states he will have it done in four days.

Alright, well, that is pretty cut and dry. Perfectshott, you stated you would get the job 1-60 done. If you are refusing to do this after the agreement, you owe F8onVtec the compensation of time + upgrade. Or you can level the account as you stated you would and get it to 60 with a prompt deadline. I have personally RaFed and know that playing a decent amount per day will put you to 60 in very little time. I've done it while working within three days once last year - I'm sure the exp rates are even more generous now.

Let me know how you want this to go.

F8onVtec if the character is leveled by the end of this weekend, would you be satisfied? Please be reasonable on your side as well, even if it is hard to do so.
 
if its lvled that be good, but knowing him from grudges he will do something to the account like while leveling he can do stupid things in game then after a while i get banned.
since it happened to one of my friends.

to be honest i'd appreciate the money instead of him leveling, I don't need the character now, I recently found a RaF partner(someone that I can trust)

I won't stop bothering him till he refunds me, its my right to get my refund.

He needs to get on this forum like a man.

As you wish. In the future, the "kid" you are helping is acting in a way that is much more mature and rational than yourself. In real life, when there are much higher stakes and you are responsible for greater agreements, you cannot just abandon your agreement. I hope you take from this an important lesson and do fulfill your end in the near future. Until then, you will remain banned.
