Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it: This guy purchased a service for his Diablo 3 character through our website and then a month or so later he initiated a payment reversal through his Credit Card company. We spoke to him multiple times through Skype and he assured us that it was not intended and that he will be refunding us within the next few days. But weeks went by without any refund; he ended up removing us from Skype.
