The scammer is Vietnamese, lives near Quảng Ngãi, Vietnam.
Devices: Redmi note 10 and Xiaomi pad 5

This scammer often forces you to hand over the account / money first.
Might fake Paypal bills, fake identity card, pretend to be some trusted midman and steal the way those trusted midmans work.
If you can't give your gmail info, might ask your gmail to lock IP gmail - you cannot be able to login games with same Developers/ company (?).

P/s: I will update as soon as I can, when I have more information about this scammer.
