What is the dispute about? Bought a account for the grand mafia for $40usd, as provided his orginal picture posting for $40usd, now he wants $80 for the account and had excuses, which I never received he just ignored me and the middleman. He refuses the refund because I havent received payment.

What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? (ID, SQA, etc)
How long did you have the account before it was recalled? Never got it to begin with.
