I can't read what it says, but I assume he opened a PayPal dispute. He would of done that because you blocked him, trying to steal $9. @legnaz16 Can you confirm, did you open a PayPal dispute?

I opened a paypal dispute right after he blocked me. I will upload the pic when i get home
