What is the dispute about? He bought 6 of my csgo items and less then less than 2 hours after the payment and trade, the money is reversed on my paypal account, leaving me with a negative balance.

Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it: First, he contacted me through skype. He asks to see the items and adds me on steam. We talk out a bundle price of $45 dollars for 6 items valuing $49. I provided my paypal info and money was sent as a gift to me. I then traded him the items, seeing that the money had arrived to my account. Then, a couple of hours later, the money was reversed. I contacted him 17 hours after and he instantly blocked me on skype.
Other details / notes: He tried to ask me to buy a knife for him through steam marketplace, but he was unable to front the money. He offered to give me $150 to buy him a $130 item, saying I could keep whatever was left. Ive contacted paypal, but they said they pulled the money because that account had suspicious activity and that they were contacted by the bank (im assuming initiated by the scammer). As I am fairly new to the sale of virtual items, I do not know what to do. Although a full refund would be ideal, I'm just hoping you guys are able to communicate better with paypal.
Clearly, this guy has tried to scam me further than he already has, so I assume he is probably not going to stop after scamming me.
