Scammed with google gift card

This guy scammed me of pokemon pro $, bought 3m

I tried different payment methods, cause he said they wouldnt use paypal in his country.
i finally found a service that worked and when he got the code he ghosted me..

take a gengar with timid nature and levitate ability (try to have max speed 31) and a gayarados with adamant nature and intermediate ability and any 4 other pokes lvl 100 they would be enough to rush any regions story including elite 4

And yaa my acct got banned for rmt as soon as i entered viri pokecenter in gold so i couldn't come to you
