What is the dispute about?
Bought the account, for 30$ and we had a deal that I will pay him 20$ more dollars the following sunday for the full whole account(including email/sq). I come back from my Moms house that following sunday and the WoW account says "There is no such Account" or whatever it says. Like there wasn't an account at all in the battle.net base. So I go and message the dude to see whats going on and he blocked me.. he changed the email/pw so I couldn't log in.

Other details / notes: He resold it to someone else who didn't know at the time that I was getting scammed and I just found out today that the same person who bought the account is reselling the account for 400$!!! which is crazy. the account is perma banned due to fly hacking and hes trying to make a profit out of the account. I only paid 30$ well actually 50$ but I got scammed. So I just want to end this I got screenshots of everything.

Also the transaction above is paypal. it was in my bank transactions and you can see the name resembles the email as well.

How long did you have the account before it was recalled? not even 3 days.

I have bought and own the account, I have full access to it, including ownership of the email and a scan of the OO's ID. Please contact me for further information.

Please note:
1. longaustin agreed to pay $50 however only apparently paid $30.
2. There was no prior agreement to what would happen if the remaining amount was not paid. However, in the real world generally if you don't paid the full amount you don't get the full item.
3. I paid the full amount and the transaction was smooth and I had no issues.
4. This seems to be a case of the item being sold to me since longaustin could not pay the full amount.
5. In terms of the OO refunding the $30, I do not know what agreement longaustin and the OO had in place, nor is it my responsibility, yet I still tried to help him prior to him lodging this claim and he goes ahead and attacks me out of spite. This really annoys me, since I was trying to be the good guy and longaustin turns around and spits in my face.
6. I think longaustin has no just cause to provide me negative feedback, call me a scammer and post false information on my thread. I would like these things removed if possible.

In summary, longaustin did not pay in full, I bought the account since I paid in full, this is an issue of a refund between the OO and longaustin of the partial amount, I own the account, it is secure, longaustin does not have any proof that I'm a scammer and should remove any accusations he has made.

1. In your second screenshot the OO asks for the remaining $20, you reply "****, IDK". This means you owed him $20.

2. You were meant to pay him on the 24th yet you didn't, and didn't try to make further contact until the 30th.
3. You messaged him again on the 30th of June. 8 Days had gone past, and payment was till not made.

Longuastin, first and foremost, the way you talk here to users is not allowed here and will not be tolerated. You will receive an ifraction for what. You can use those words when talking to your friends, not to users that have done nothing wrong to you.

You should contact the OO and ask him to refund you the 30$ that you paid him initially.

Ohzwap has the right to keep this account as he paid in full for it and it was seller's decision to who it should be sold.

The only question remains is the 30$ that were sent initially as a partial payment for the account.

@Defamez you must explain why you sold the account twice and why you didn't refund the money to the original buyer despite selling it to the other person.
