Scammed need help

Through AIm made a deal with a scammer email:jsanders7677@ yahoo.com, and i sent $140 via paypal for the "account" then he signed off. i already made a dispute with paypal, he responded by saying he gave me the account which he obviously didnt, just looking for advive on how i could get my money back. The dispute as at the point where it says if we dont here form you we will investigate in 2 days

Depends on what the item was you said you were paying for. If you said anything that related to an account, or an electronic or virtual item, you're screwed.

Damn that fool sent tried to get me to buy a mage of his, glad I didnt accept it...To be honest your in a pretty bad situation in which theres not much you can do. PayPal only covers tangible items so if you or him said anything about WoW accounts then your screwed. I'd say cut your losses and be more careful next time. Then here's what you do, you mention that you were under the impression that you would indefinetly get the GAME CDS for that amount. And that's what you were buying.
