Scammed, need advice

Ok, so I tried to sell my account on these forums and found a seemingly solid buyer. I confirmed the paypal payment, and gave him account info (only name/pass) and then changed the email for them. Three hours later transaction email blah blah blah, you guys know the rest. Since I changed the e-mail I have no recourse via blizzard until Monday at 8 AM.

Now I told the guy I was gonna send it via mail but as its Sat/Sun I wasn't able to do so.

My question is: should I mail the stuff anyways and provide a tracking number (aka fight for payment with paypal) or just call blizz on Monday and recover my account?

What are my chances for success on paypal if I provide a tracking number on the transaction? (I did mark it as goods, but my description only mentions account characters, I might have forgotten to say original box.)

you should quote the blizzard EULA terms of use, how you can transfer ownership of "everything" if you send them to cd keys, cd, box etc...

then do that and provide a tracking number.

should turn out fine - then recall your account.

i'm confused, all i see in the tos is the offical you can't sell stuff, nothing i see permits full transfer of ownership (not that i have a problem with selling under the table) but

soo you think i should complete the transaction? (aka mail boxes with printout of info SQA etc) provide the tracking number for paypal? so far this guy has no info aside my paypal stats, account name, pass, and email. i would assume recovering the account on monday would be the safest bet

and then recall ownership? i'm confused by the last bit, i just want to sell it, not continue reselling?

p.s. anybody with experience know what will likely happen? this guy doesn't have my SQA so he knows i'll get the account back if i want so i assume he'll just shard/vendor everything or maybe try to xfer to another account?

whatever happens in game, as long as you have all the information for the account you, it can be fixed by a GM etc...

i am sorry if i confused you. seeing that paypal does not check whether the good sent as the good described, you can mail him a rock and provide that tracking number to paypal (allowing you to win the dispute)

however, if you do not want to go through the trouble of all this seeing you already have your account back... then just return the guy his money; after all, you did not lose anything but time.
