I am the only one who knows my SQ/a and info to my Email. I came home today from my friends and i was gonna change my PW. It said my PW wasn't right. So i try to recover i put in all my info. It says that my email doesn't work. Whats wrong?

Hacked/keylogged. You should call blizzard tomorrow and ask for the e-mail changed back to yours. You will need SQ/A and account name, and if they're feeling like really hassling you the CD key.
