Dispute Against
bricksandbones
On monday 04 october 2021 I've purchased a GW2 account of

bricksandbones

for 700USD, he claimed to be the original owner and supposedly provided 'his' gmail account for the gw2 account.
This transaction was with the middleman service of EpicNpc Trade Guardian, middleman was Angel.

Yesterday, wednesday 6 october 2021 my account got blocked by Anet for 'security' reasons. I've submitted a ticket wherein I provided all the account details which are supposedly to be correct and from the original owner which bricksandbones claims to be.

Today, thursday 7 october 2021, I've got a reply to my support ticket and Anet with the following:
Your game account has been terminated for violating the Guild Wars 2 User Agreement, which stipulates that account sharing is not permitted.
We have thoroughly reviewed this incident and confirmed our initial findings. As such, our decision to uphold the suspension is final.

Upon further investigation of the gmail account emails from the past, there's proof that this account has been traded before, see email from Sun, Feb 10, 2019, 1:14 AM, cant post here cause of person information, can provide further screenshots if requested.
Angel has still access to the gmail account and can view the emails too, since the i may not change the password till 15 days after purchase.

From sellers full name on his Paypal and default currency (see Trade Guardian chat which ive mentioned it) he would be from an Asian country, not Germany, not Euro currency.
So it appears to be that a previous owner before the seller who claimed to be the original owner of this account was from Germany, with European full name (see other mails with personal info)
