What is the dispute about? Selling a hacked account on the site.
SinisterGold and I were contacted by Sara<3#4479 in Discord who we believe is the original owner of the account. He was able to verify every receipts and he lost access to the account on May 3rd. chaosapoc (IzanagiX#0259) pose as the original owner of the account and he was able to provide proof of receipts because the original owner's email was hacked. The original owner provided the screenshots of the account's information through summoning video (that is not a part of the email) and co-op screenshot before the account got hacked.

What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? (ID, SQA, etc) (SinisterGold provided me the receipt and the account username). SinsterGold was provided of the account through TradeGuardian by chaosapoc

It seems like this person Sara was in fact chaos... we got scammed. Eitherway he will be able to retrieve his account because he has all the evidences needed to be shown to mihoyo. If possible, please ban him.

The account was sold to Sinister, who then sold it to Killa. There seems to be some sort of scheme forming over there but they aren't very good at it.

Let me know if you really want me to recall it, but I believe they are trying a scam with this "Sara" account.

I was the last one who bought it. I bought it from Sinister. Sinister bought it from chaos. The original owner approached us "saying" that the account he has was hacked. Both Sinester and I verified this by trying to ask this Sara (from discord) if he can verify some random receipt id of the current account through (voice chat). Both Sinister and I were there with Sara to confirm that. Sara (who is likely chaos) also sent a video with him pulling wishes on the account.

I'm attaching the time and date for clarity, as well as 2 extra pictures showing the actual culprit and what email the account is tied to right now with their reply.

I don't think Killa is an ******* anymore, just very easy to fool. @SinisterGold was the real pos behind it all but it looks like he's been taken care of. Raymir Mutua, my original buyer, is SinisterGold. He reclaimed the account before I could unfortunately.

@KillaBlitz You should not have suspected the one with 8 years of 100% feedback. I've bought and sold accounts worth thousands, this genshin account is not worth risking all that for.

Sara<3#4479 contacts SinisterGold and KillaBlitz and says it's her account and it was hacked. After Sara sends some evidence to try to prove it's her account.
Someone recovered the account.

chaosapoc stated he is the OO, but he failed to recover the account. Support images says someone else already submitted proof of ownership and recalled it.

This shows the recovery email is re****[email protected], which appears to match SinisterGold's Paypal email. Adoxia was able to confirm the recovery email is indeed re****[email protected], but we can't confirm if that's SinisterGold's email.

I don't know who Sara from Discord is or how she got any information about the account, but I'll ignore that since there is no way for me to figure out who that is on DIscord.

SinisterGold is resolving his other dispute, so hopefully he'll be unbanned soon and can then reply here.

@chaosapoc what information did you have to submit to prove ownership? If you sold it to SinisterGold, how could he have enough info to prove ownership over you? What did you give SinisterGold at the time he purchased the account?

I would like to go to video instead of screenshots and see the following evidence.

1) chaosapoc I would like to see the support ticket or emails showing the Genshin support replies from start to finish. I would like to see what information you submitted.
2) I would like to see the chat between chaosapoc and SinisterGold showing what information SinisterGold was given at the time of sale.

The video I sent Adoxia(Why didn't he send it to you himself?) will cover the conversation between myself and Sinister. I'm sending it to you now.

The only way Sara could get any of that information would be from myself or Sinister. The recovery email looks to be his, and he's even already banned for something else. Sinister will have more information than me in the form of purchases made after the account was transferred over to him. It has been over a month after all. Everything else will match, still giving him the edge.

When I have free time from work I'll record the support tickets/convos for you.

2) TG chat - Genshin account given + screenshots of purchases made on the account given to SinisterGold
Discord - more data about account (emails, phone, devices, country, city, registration date, etc) given to SinisterGold

It seems SinisterGold might have had enough data to recover the account, however he did not receive the email account (marty*******[email protected]) and also did not have access to the phone number.

1) Sinister stated that in his discord chat the account data post is no longer there. chaosapoc, when did you delete that message? why?

2) The data chaosapoc gave to Sinister states that the original email is (marty*******[email protected]) and also shows the phone number. chaosapoc also says he's the original owner of the account, however Genshin support denied his recovery attempt.

I don't understand how that could have happen. Sinister did not have access to the email (marty*******[email protected]) nor did he have access to the phone. chaosapoc used the email (marty*******[email protected]). which is the original email, so don't understand why he was denied. Maybe that's not the real original email for the account?

3) I have confirmed the current email on the account is still re*****[email protected], which is similar to Sinister's Paypal email. I have requested Sinister to contact Genshin support and ask them for a password reset to that email. This is not a account recovery request, just a password reset, so they should easily comply. This way we can confirm if that's Sinister's email or not.

We'll wait for this evidence.

I deleted the content after seeing his email is the current recovery account due to vulnerable information being on there and I no longer wanted Sinister to have access to any of it. E.g. My personal phone number.

You do not need access to the email or number to recover an account. To recover a Genshin account you just need to KNOW the email and phone number. There is no verification on this end. The video I sent you shows that Sinister had this information which is enough to recover an account(email and phone).

The above can be confirmed by going on a Genshin recovery form, it just asks you for info, not to confirm or verify anything.

No matter how I look at it, Sinister looks too suspicious. I'll be glad once this is all resolved to not have to deal with this crap though, its been going on long enough this isn't even my account anymore.

Sinister says still no reply so we'll move on to resolve this dispute.

Current events:
chaosapoc sells account to SinisterGold
SinisterGold sells account to KillaBlitz
someone submits recovery info to recall account
chaosapoc provided SinisterGold with lots of account info, possibly enough to recall.
chaosapoc contacts support and tries to recover, is denied, support says someone just submitted recovery info.
current email on the account is re****[email protected] which is very similar to SinisterGold's PP email. Can't confirm the match.

Since SinisterGold can't provide any info and chaosapoc can't recover, then we'll have to split the lose between you two.

You both will have to issue 50% refunds to KillaBlitz.

1. SinisterGold never got a reply to his support ticket so we can't confirm if that email is his or not.
2. @chaosapoc can't recover the account despite being the original owner and having access to both the original email and phone on the account. Seems suspicious.

Please contact KillaBlitz to work out the 50% refund.
