Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it: He said he had Overwatch for the Xbox one, I said can he go first since he had no reviews on his page. He said no because he's verified, so I checked if he actually is and he was. So I paid him the money via skrill. Later he gave me a email and password but it wasn't working and I tried contacting him but he's not replying
