Scammed for Warframe plat

Scammed by alenlimon for warframe plat. In the screenshots I've even asked to accept my refund request which he denied.
Was through skype for 13.07.

Hello. I had a small problem with the game. When I decided I was ready to transfer to platinum.
But I saw that the payment is frozen. After some time paypal gave the money back to the buyer.
This guy try scam me

Paypal never returned my money. And as you can see from the pictures, he never told me of any problems he had. Since he in fact did not communicate with me, I attempted to recall the funds because I didn't want to be scammed. When he responded i canceled that and again, he didn't respond afterwards. I find it convenient he doesn't respond right after i canceled the dispute. I generally waited quite a few hours, since it has never and should not take any longer than that in any instance. Alen still has my money and has thus far refused to return it.
