Scammed for ESO Polymorph sale

Was offered sale of vaS polymorph from ESO (tradeable item - does not violate ZOS TOS) for $100 - sent the money and polymorph was never sent. Attched is proof of transaction that money was sent.

On top of that my account got accessed (presumable by 3rd party - but heck of a coincidence and not confirmed yet) and wiped and all in game gold stolen.

@NoOne1995 yeah i figured it was a bit more but i’d be fine overpaying for it, if i would actually get it. This way it was $100 thrown away.

And another $130 thrown away for runs (what the seller is actually selling) that also didnt happen, and wont, not that my account got compromised. So really its $230 thrown to the seller for no return basically.

Im fairly certain he wont respond. He has not responded to most things, except once to paypal dispute because money was taken immediately, but that ended up getting reversed so as soon as he got money back he stopped responding again.
