He offers a sale of mage and warrior via our last names are the same, i pay him a deposit of 200 and the character xfer on the account, it never goes through. his account ends up being banned via blizzard for unknown reason and is sdaying its my fault and refuses to issue refund via paypal, screen shots provided of a day of convo
