I bought a discord account from seller, i changed email, pw and phone number to mine. one day later im logged out and all details are gone.

It's your fault, you have to give with original email or do not sell it at all, seller takes responsibility on it.
Thing is that all Turkish sellers sell ******* accounts, I hope we will have some restrictions about it.

He stated the account has his "main in use email" in it. Sounded fishy already, but now i understand why the account is gone, when he is cracking them. I would like a replacement, 75% refund or if no action done by seller, i will probably go for a lawyer

all developer accounts belong to me, i'm dealing with discord bot business

I sold an account through you the other day, the owner did not complain in any way.

This is nonsense, how can someone hide an account just via boost badge, when you can check it anytime with discord ID. Your evidence does not prove anything and it does not change the fact that account was pulled back. If it was your account, you can simply restore it via original email, If you do not know , I can help on it. But as you making a lot of things for discord, like webhooks and etc, it will be easy for you, I guess. Hope that you will refund to the buyer.

This does not prove anything, the account has been reclaimed and we are not sure who holds the account right now. You have two option, one is to contact support and help to recover the account back, and second is to refund the money back.

There is a third option to give another similar account as a replacement but this only with the buyer agreement
