What is the dispute about?: I was able to play on the account for 5 days before I was locked out. I believe the seller reclaimed it through customer service.
Other details / notes: On the thread, it is marked as "original owner of the account". If this is true, then the seller is deliberately scamming, and will try to sell the account again because they now have full control of it again.

According to this thread, https://www.neoseeker.com/forums/76410/t2386670-attention-if-buy-from-heiser5/, itsnono.com means the account has been reclaimed through Com2us and is pending returning to "original owner" which we assume is Z2ppl.

Most account recalls have little proof. To get more evidence, please open a support ticket to attempt to recover the account BEFORE opening a dispute thread.
Did the seller say he's the original owner? (provide proof): On the thread, there is an option "original owner: yes". Here is the screenshot of the post which I bought.
What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? (ID, SQA, etc): It was done through mm, so the mm provided ID and password.
How long did you have the account before it was recalled?: ~5 days.
If you have a support ticket about this recall, please post screenshots of it.
