What is the dispute about?
We arranged for a trade where I was selling a perfect weapon from MapleRoyals private server. I agreed I would drop first because I have no vouches and I confirmed he was an epicnpc local mod with many ratings. After I dropped he said he couldn't find the item then he blocked me. Fortunately I have proof.
Other details / notes:
I first posted on gamekiller selling my equips and account that is where he first found my thread. He added me on discord and was interested in buying my claw worth $200 USD. He told me he was a mod for epicnpc so I came to epicnpc, created an account and posted the same selling thread. I asked him to make a comment in my selling thread saying he was interested but he said he's a local mod and doesn't want to spam. Naively I thought that was fair, considering I confirmed the discord and I knew I was talking to the correct person. After that we decided a location and time. He instructed me to drop the item and change channels to protect both of our identities. I did so and he instantly said he couldn't find the item and blocked me.
