What is the dispute about?
Was buying a Destiny 2 account. I sent the money through PayPal. Seller gave me different account than what was paid for, then and after that he blocked and ignored.
Orginally paid $380 via Goods and Services a la PayPal. Sent payment, then seller requested me to send $380 to alternate account. $380 was refunded, then sent to alternate account.
Agreed to sell me account name GOSTOPNIM, gave me GOSYORU. When notified of mistake, refused to cooperate, then blocked me.
