Here is our full discord conversation with my bank statement saying when the money was sent also. When they requested money from my PayPal and I was flagged for fraud.

Update: The user got in contact with my via discord and confirmed that he received payment and has transferred the character. (We are waiting for the blizzard character transfer to complete)

I will update as soon as the character is confirmed on the new account.
