What is the dispute about? I paid TwitchStore19 $800 for an account that he messaged me about and he proceeded to claim that PayPal wouldn't let him access the money, nor would they let him refund. I asked him to screen share to show me proof, and within a few hours after our last message he blocked me on Discord. I never received the account, and he never refunded me the money.
Other details / notes: He sent me a message saying that he had a 3x glad DH that he would sell me which is the account I was supposed to be buying.
