Describe the problem:
I bought the account on February 5, 2024, this being the first transaction between us (two more followed). They were completed without problems, although he was always in a bit of a hurry, or he wanted us to do the transactions without EpicNPC.
I found myself unable to log in to the account, after which I tried to reset the password, but it appeared that there was no account associated with that email. I specify that the Email was unchanged, as he gave it to me.
I immediately realized that that account was recovered by the seller, or as he says the original owner, because only the one who has the ownership information can contact WG to recover his account, by various reason.
I tried to talk to the seller, to find a solution, or at least to have my account replaced. He only came with poor excuses, without any solution, even with all kinds of alignments in the conversation, such as not taking any responsibility (and this seems very strange to me, because it was as if he was plagued by such a situation ). It is not normal at all, not even after 1 month (or ever), to wake up with the stolen account, but also with the lost money.
I specify that after I left him feedback, following the instructions of an EpicNPC staff, this seller dared to leave me negative feedback as well.
What insensitivity & shamelessness!!!
