Scammed by Rocketfury - Marvel Strike Force Account

Method of Contact Used (chat progam) : DM in Epic NPC then Discord.
Instant Messenger username of the person you're accusing: Rocketfury or Anthony Armstrong

Hello everyone, after playing MSF for a few years, I decided to stop as more free time was needed in my life.
I put my account to sell here and got DM by Anthony the scammer.
I gave him, after the purchase on Paypal, the ID to my email and account and he changed password instant after buying.
After a few days playing with my former teammates, he blocked everyone on Discord, he left the Alliance without a word, and the SAME DAY, ask for a refund on Paypal AND create a new thread to sell the account here : https://www.epicnpc.com/threads/35-...rything-unlocked-streamlined-account.2696002/

Sadly, he got his refund from Paypal and got also a new buyer, win-win for him I guess.
I went to the police to file a complaint after Paypal refunded him as I got his name / surname and adress by his Paypal details.

Futhermore, I asked MSF to banned my account as it is stolen, I did not know it was already sold so I'm sorry about the new buyer that got scammed too.

I have also 4 people from the game ready to testify that he played for a few days then blocked everyone after selling the account again here.

I know I lost my account and my money but if everyone can be aware of how he scammed, it's a small victory for me.
As I said, I went to the police to report him and I asked MSF to banned the account before I knew it was already sold (I discovered it a few days ago).

Case was dealt with by PayPal all evidence was supplied hence the reason for winning

Police have been contacted and have reported for fraud and harassment, police have also explained this matter being dealt with by paypal means this is now a civil matter and they won't get involved but if I keep being target by fake stuff they will get involved

Paypal confirmed yesterday they did not ask for proof on your end, because the buyer did not have to send proof for digital purchase (convenient move).
They also told me that the seller can't win on Paypal if Discord is used because they don't use Discord logs or screenshot as proof.

You won the Paypal dispute because you said them you werent able to access the account, but you did not tell them in purpose that you sold my account there in Epic NPC the SAME DAY.
How is it possible to tell Paypal you can't access the account and sell it the SAME DAY ? You should be a magician mate to do so.

You knew exactly what you were doing (Paypal, refund, Discord being not a proof for Paypal and selling it again here), you just forgot 2 things :
- I can track the account in game by my former teammates by my game ID who can't be change so I had all screenshot of you using the account and then selling it (date, hours, pseudo and so on).
- You made a mistake telling you can't access the game to Paypal and seeling the account here in Epic NPC THE SAME DAY.

Anyway, happy scamming, as everyone know now.

I've contacted PayPal already and yeah they received evidence so stop trying to lie anyway I don't need to take this matter any further with you as I've dealt with this via PayPal and the police know everything and are not gonna get involved in a civil matter

How is it reclaimed if you are selling it ?
How can it be reclaimed if you recieve a payment from a buyer here and you are able to give the account and get the payment ?

As I told you, you made the mistake to sell it the same day in here, because of course, you can't sell something that is not accessible or reclaimed unless, spoiler alert : you have all access and you lied.

Even the Paypal supervisor I got on the phone yesterday understood it, you just played well using Discord to swap account details.

Anyway, my goal is to make other honest people here aware of your behavior, you got your refund and you got your payment, good for you.

Sadly for you, I’m not creating a dispute, I already asked them on e-mail what can I do and they told me to create this thread to warn people.

So tell me and tell everyone how I can be a scammer if I lost my account to you and my payment to you after your refund ? I am the scammer but what did I scam then ?

And tell me and tell everyone how can you be so honest if you had my account, you got your payment back and you sold it and got more money ?

You don’t event realize how being refunded from me and payed from an other buyer on the SAME account the same day is guilty

You do realise I own multiple marvel accounts so I buy and sell alot, hence why I'm a verified trusted member here and you are not, also if there was no despite than why do I have a email stating so weird to show half a story but it's a good story you should take up writing books

You can buy and sell multiple accounts for sure but the one you sold the day you ask your refund is the same aka mine.
You can have the best arguments of your life but Marvel Strike Force ID’s don’t lie.
Same ID for the refund and the sell, too bad for you.

Anyway have fun explaining to the new buyer why he won’t have access to the account you sold him since it will be banned from MSF support.

You, knowing Discord is not a proof for Paypal, deviate the convo to Discord and got the ID and password to the MSF Account on Discord.
- 16/12 was the date you took control on my Account after the payment, you joined the Alliance Discord, you talked to my former teammates and play the game.
- 30/12, you leaved the Alliance in game, you leaved the Alliance Discord and blocked everyone who was in touch with you.
- 30/12, SAME DAY, you ask for a refund on Paypal.

Same day, same account, same MSF ID.

You got your Paypal money back because you knew they don't accept Discord Screenshot as proof of delivery and you got more money after selling the account.

You won 2 times, good for you, but now everyone know you are a scammer.

I did not recieve any message from them (feel free to be in touch with me Epic NPC if needed) and honestly you can give bad feedback, MSF was the only mobile game I played that much and since you scammed, I won't play a mobile game again like that and sell an account.
