What is the dispute about? I bought ingame currency from Raksor224, he scammed me by using the refund button on his steam account, which resulted me getting banned

Was a middleman used? No
Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it: I bought gems from Raksor224, unknowingly, he abused the refund option from steam right after everytime. I didn't know until now, so Hirez(the company of the game) permanent banned me for using such exploits.
Other details / notes: And now Hirez offers to unban my account if I give $240.95 (so technically, I will lost this amount of money and the money I paid Raksor224) to get my account back together - It's all the gem real values, which is all Raksor refunded.

Have you traded with this person before? Yes, multiple times, but Hirez finally crack down on those who exploit refund option recently and give out a mass bans

Smite is a game where I have spent countless hours on, and it's very unfortunate for this to happen. Overtime, I have develop many meaningful relationship and it's very heartbreaking knowing that I have been banned because of RAKSOR, A LOW SCAMMER. I know there are good people out there who actually trade with good intention, unlike raksor who scam people for his own benefits. I deeply regret the decision and tried to post this topic to prevent the same thing to happen to any other misfortune souls in the future. Althought $240 might not sound like a big amount to most people, it is to me, as I'm still a student and it's quite hard for me to get that amount of money to lift the ban. Therefore, I hope to get help from the community to lift the ban, perhaps from the Victim funds. And that's all I want to say....
