Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it: I wanted to purchase a founders code for Archeage and we negotiated it to $15. I paid via PayPal and he asked me to send it via friends and family (I did, like an idiot) and then he sent me a code. It didn't work at all, and he just ignored all my messages afterwards and hasn't gotten back to me since. I will have to contact my bank to freeze the funds etc. I didn't think someone would try to scam for $15 but it seems like so.
