Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it: I bought an account from him on March 23, 2013. Shortly after I bought it someone recalled the account (he said it was his cousin). He helped me get it back and everything was fine for a couple days. A couple days later blizzard banned the account and would not unban it until I gave them the information they needed. At first he was very helpful and would give me the information I needed but he quickly stopped helping so I could never get the account back. It was only $70 so I did not really care since I just figured he did not have the information to get the account unlocked.
However, a couple days ago I noticed the account had been unbanned and it took all the gold out of the guild bank I had the character in. I sent him an email letting him know if I did not hear back from him within 3 days I would open up a scammer thread and all that stuff. If you need aim logs, or screenshots of the gbank or anything just let me know and I will get you what I have
