UPDATE : Btw he forgot that I did not supply the ID's because he had no rep. So I got the account back. I also sent info to paypal to fight the dispute. I will make him suffer.

I would like to point out that the payment has not been reversed and that skype and email address that Logisticz has of mine has nothing but problems . am logging in to my my mail account saying someone has tryed to hack it

i ve had to call paypal to cancel cards and knowing my personal details are up on your site am as you as a professional to close down the thread I don t what my details and address up for the world to see

he has changed the orgin password and the account is taken from me . PLEASE resolve

When a credit card is stolen you have to specifically tell the credit card company or Paypal what charges were fraud. This means you TOLD them that the $400 payment was fraud which is untrue.

Please explain yourself as it appears you are clearly wrong in this dispute.

1) yes my account has had problem over the last few days
2) Yes at first I told paypal that all the transactions for that day were no me ( only to find out my Husband Oliver) got the account from Logics and got the 60 day cards using my account.
3) Logistic has NOW taken the account and am out of pocket of 400$ does that seem fair to you being that i ve showed you and am sure logics can confirm the claim has been stopped.
4) my husband used my account with out me knowing

Right now my husband has NO account due to logics taking back the account and i v shown proof that the claim towards logics is closed. your ok with him taking my money as well? as the account

All disputes have a "Status Details" area under the "Case Closed" line. Where yours should be is a big blank white space which clearly shows you edited it out.

Ban in 24 hrs unless logistics confirms the funds are available in his account.

I will no longer accept any screenshots from Murdertoys as its obvious you are tampering with them. I will only accept video recordings from now on.

Logisticz talked to me last night about this, he said he had both the money and the account back now. Not sure if that has changed since we last spoke, but I was under the impression someone bought something from him, disputed it, and he won the paypal dispute as well as getting his account back.

Correct me if I am wrong Logisticz.

I posted what happen my husband got the account i did nt know he used my PAYPAL so i came home and canceled everything i then saw what my husband had done closed the paypal claim and for what to have the account taken as well

I ve talked to my Husband we both feel that even if logics give's us the account back we would nt feel that safe on it now ( please remember we put 60 day card on the account and got cartel coins put on there) i know its in your power to say logics should give this account back .

but how about this if Logisticz gives back half the Money 200$ out of the 400 payed we call it quits. ( and he keeps the account ofc) this means hes made 200$ for little work . yes am sorry that the payment got stopped (at the start which i ve now closed claim and logics friend "geek" has confirm he has both account and money but from my end i knew nothing about it until my fool of a husband said what had happened.

My idiot Husband can owe me the reset .

Let me give you guys a Rundown on exactly how it happened on this SCAMMER. Please don't trust a single thing he says.

NOTE : HE DID NOT CLOSE PAYPAL CASE. IT WAS CLOSED AFTER FRAUD SPECIALIST AT PAYPAL DID THERE RESEARCH AND FOUND IT IN MY FAVOR.

1. I had him send me an email using the same email he used for his paypal email to confirm his identity and to make sure the emails match.




2. I sold account to him for $400.00 dollars. I gave him full info with security answers and changed his email for the account. He confirmed by saying he is in site and logged in game.



3. 2 Hours Later I had these 2 emails from Paypal. Please check Timestamp on Skype and Email Timestamps.




4. Around 3 Hours and 16 Minutes I had this email from buyer. Which Clearly told me he was out to SCAM me out of the account and the money because he was thinking he will get Unauthorize charges 100%



5. Stressed out I went to sleep late and woke up late that day.

6. When I woke up I sent him an email


I stated to him that I will get my ACCOUNT BACK since he CHARGEDBACK. I will also FIGHT PAYPAL to get the money. I'm sure this is not the first time he's done this. So I sent paypal SCREENSHOTS of his email that he sent me stating he's buying the account for $400.00 and also told them exactly what he did.



7. Another miracle happened. Fraud Investigation Specialist from paypal did his research and DENIED the case and gave me full $400.00 which OLIVER thought he was going to get. This happened at 6:48P.M same day. So I messaged him saying "Nice Try **** Face" like he showed in his Screen Shot.

8. When he found out that he LOST the CASE through PAYPAL. That's when he started messaging me trying to tell me all these LIES that I do not even believe for a split second.


Question to MODS.

So please tell me why should I give him this account back now. After he FULLY 100% tried to SCAM me by keeping the account and also keeping the money. It was my luck that I won the case from paypal. If I'd had loose that case I would've been out $400.00 and also the Account. This should be a LESSON for this guy not to SCAM other people in future and also he should be BAN from this website.


Please let me know what else you guys want me to provide regarding this case.


Note : When Murdertoys keeps saying "Is this fair he gets to keep money and account" Please ask him WHO INITIATED the UNAUTHORIZE CHARGE. Who tried to SCAM. Who tried to Keep the money and account first.

I understand we all want scammers to get what they deserve but in the end take satisfaction in winning the dispute due to their incompetence and completing the sale, albeit with more work than you thought you would have to, as you originally wanted.
