The person have given me Lords account in 301$, the transaction done on 16/02/2018 and its took many days to give me the account details, I had issue today on 23/02/2018 as one more person is logging to same lords account I have contacted them and he told this account was buy by him a year ago.

Someone removed my facebook id from there account which he given me, please help me to refund my money.

I bought the account from spaceboys, he has returned money back, I dont know as well as in my opinion could also return the account






 
This is not my problem, I need my money back or give me account, I have spent 340$ for this deal inclusive paypal & MM fees.

I need whole money from you as you cheated me. you can put dispute with spaceboys its your problem.

Please provide refund or new account as this account owned by someone else, all details of this account has been changed, I already submit the proofs.

That doesn't make sense that you will sell same account to multiple peoples and once payment done change everything.

This is called smart scam.

I am requesting to epicnpc, PayPal & MM please ban this user permanently and provide my refund.

msbiba again provided me same account with another details and I logged in to account and found the things as below when I logged into account, that you will be surprise after seeing this.. I don't want any account from here, I need only my money back, I am really pissed off now and I researched these things and sharing with you.

I am not able to concentrate on my work and daily activities due to this issue and every time thinking that when i get my refund and will get free up myself from this issue.

My situation is like "a woman with 2 guys"

But this is MM responsibility to check all the account details, as I did get only facebook credentials, and as per lords mobile google account should be taken from seller. can you please explain on this..

The account uses Facebook login and password as the login options. You were given a CHANGED EMAIL AND PASWORD on facebook, with phone and everything removed from it. I always ask the customers if there is more they want me to do about the account details and I asked you the same question. You said it was okay. Now what you're trying to say with "I only got facebook account details" is not clear to me.now?

You paid for the MM service so that you don't get send money upfront to a stranger and get left with nothing. You received the account (I admit there were complications, but because of facebook security that locked you when you logged from far away). The seller attempted and recovered the facebook details for you, you played the game, and then you came up with the idea that he has sold this account to someone else. While I did 4 trades with him without any issue before and your trade was probably the worst in my entire experience. My point is why would the seller even help you unlock the account if his initial thought was to scam you?

I explained multiple times to this guy as to why the trade was complicated but he keeps bringing the MM fee up every time instead of understanding what actually happened.

I even quoted him the TG message that says that MM will not protect against account/payment recall yet he still continued asking what mm is for and so on.



Why did the facebook lock happen?:

Seller normally logs into facebook from Russia (and I also assume he is buying these accounts off someone else on russian forums and resells them here for profit, though I may be wrong).
Me (middleman) log in to facebook from Ukraine (there is no IP lock possible because Russia and Ukraine are close to each other)
I changed all the details including facebook email/password/ removed the phone and I didn't get locked out on facebook or anything.
After the seller paid (which not to mention was a 3 day paypal issue delay), I sent him the details.
Upon logging in from INDIA (you understand how far it is from Ukraine, right?) the account gets locked by facebook and the buyer asks me to see if I can unlock it.
When I log in to facebook it's asking me to log in from a device that was used on January 25 (Seller's laptop I assume). The details I received were on February 15th, so you can see that I basically have no control over the unlock feature, plus it requieres an actual ID photo scan in order to unlock. This wasn't discussed in a trade and I wasn't given the info.
The buyer then contacted the seller and I think in a matter of 2 days they got it unlocked and buyer actually played games and such.

What happened next I don't know and it's none of my business. The trade was done, the details were sent to you, I am no God to foresee things like IP locks, especially when 3 previous trades with the same seller were okay and 2 of his customers were from Brazil and other countries which I don't remember.


I hope with this reply you will message I will finally make you stop bringing up the MM stuff up on topic and focus on the other problems. I've told you before like twice, that I did my job, if you wanted me to do it any different - you should have mentioned it before sending the payment.

First of all this is my first deal in any account, You are dealing everyday and you are earning money for that only and its your responsibility that you have to check if person is giving full information or not and to take all credentials, here I have already provided the proofs that another person is login to account.


I am saying again that its your responsibility to take full account info from the owner. You and seller can't hide from this issue.

Money gone from my pocket not from you so you can say "none of your business", MM should take strict action on the mediator and I am not hesitating saying that you are involve in this scam.


this example for you **if broker is helping to selling a home have 3 doors, its broker responsibility that all 3 door's key should be provided to new owner and here happening the same you given me only one key, you have given me back door's key to enter the home.. old owner have another key and opening the home whenever he required.


If you don't know what information needs to check and taken from owner than please stop your business as you are not eligible to do these deals, This game is totally based on Google account not on facebook as its installed on android. multiple facebook can sync here but 1 main account that is google.


Study more and than only comes for new deals otherwise you will lose multiple people's money and saying again "none of my business" you are irresponsible person I have seen in my life.


I have provided the proof that someone login from google account, if you did checked account securely it never happens bad as this. who is responsible? Only you as you did't get full account details from the owner. While deal time you said that you got the account details and you have checked everything is OK and I can send the money.
it was OK for me as I have checked that you done a lot transactions i was feel good that its not scam.


You said you done multiple transactions with this seller "did you given only facebook information to buyers?" if yes than I am damn sure they will be in trouble and will come with disputes in future and you will say again "its not my responsibilities" grow up man.


Requesting to EPICNPC, seller & MM that I need my money back as there is not my fault in this deal.

I never deceived anybody, I have made for half a year more than 50 transactions, I have suspicions that the buyer has given data to the 3rd person, I from Russia and he write all in English that there is something else, I 2 days ago 1 more time have helped to return him access to the account, I carried out transactions on more big banknote, because of $300 I wouldnt would like to spoil the reputation, below ladies screenshots of his second restoration in Facebook




















I can find many buyers and ask that they have come here and everyone will tell about the transaction, the sum and that always everything was good, I before purchase always verify the account in online to support of IGG GAMES

It takes time for you to understand things. It's okay. I will dasay this one more time and this will be my last reply.

I've done more than 200 trades in history and ive had zero issues with any of my customer. There is a reason I asked whether you wanted extra steps yo be taken before you paid the money and you said no. Previous 3 trades with this seller were 1 Facebook and 2gmail accounts. It's been more than 3 weeks and as you can see you're the only person being a headache her because you don't understand when people ask you questions. If you said get me a Google account too I would ask the seller to provide it. you didn't state what was needed.

It shouldn't be your concern how I do trades if out of 200 people you're the one that doesn't speak English well or doesn't know how to answer simple questions makes you think you're somewhat smarter than me then you're in big trouble my friend.

If you somehow work this out with the seller and you return the account to him and he gives you money back it's okay. I will not be part of this. No matter what you think is right - my job was over when you rceived the account. You had it for a week now and all of sudden you claim that someone else has access to it and so on. Where is proof that you didn't resell it or you got hacked or anything like that?


P.S. I also think that facebook details are the only option to log in to the iOS device and I don't think they could do anything with a google account.

I've tried to convince the seller to receive the account back in return of a refund and he refused.

I have no idea who that Brazilian guy is, he could be just a troll. Did he provide you proof of purchasing this from msbiba? Like any screenshots that say that he actually bought it? Any proof that he owns the gmail account?

You could potentially end up losing more money since this guy can be trolling and lying to you. You found him on a FB group where the first post on the image says "USE MIDDLEMAN" and this guy straight away tells you to send him the money first and you don't even suspect anything?

The screenshots he posted from the account can be copied from epicnpc - lots of scammers do the same and advertise on other forums someone else's accounts.


If msbiba gets banned you can contact paypal support to chargeback the payment. Since you paid as goods/services you have high chances of recovering the money. This is all we can do from our side apart from banning him for scamming and refusing to co-operate.

He is saying that he bought this account last year from msbiba (Lexa is msbiba name) and this is the same account which msbiba given me also.

He (Ryen Mendoza) is saying that I buy multiple items in the game and its might increased to 180M.

I have collected and submitted all the proofs to prove msbiba is scammer, and still he is not banned, I am requesting you to please ban him from all of your servers/website so that he can't do fraud with others.

He denied to take back that account and deny refund to me which he sold to 2 persons. if possible please reopen the case and I will provide the same what he given me.

You need to wait for Moderator/Admin working on this to address it. No one works 24/7 and its a job done in peoples free time.
