Completed transaction for $500 USD, then seller went offline, a day later, he was seen online on this forum from 5pm-9:20pm without replying.

All communication and confirmation was done on EpicNPC chat. It is clear @Mitsuwuba took payment from @hinamomorim and ghosted. He has made no attempt to refund, or hand over the account, and has ignored resolve attempts.
