What is the dispute about?

i bought a bdo account from mrswooner who bought the account from MiniMNK https://www.epicnpc.com/threads/high-end-acc-61-mystic-60-berserker-265-269-301-eu.1455396/,

apparently mrswooner scammed MiniMNK for 200 euro as he bought the account from him then he mrswooner sold the account to me, the issue here is yesterday MiniMNK reclaimed the account which i now own

so technically i m the one who got scammed here as mrswooner already got my money and MiniMNK got the account back and ALSO has the money he got initially from mrswooner when he sold the account

Hello, first of all I'm sorry for what happened.

Second, I have not recovered the account at any time and I can not do it either, you have complete control of the account as you told me, you have also told me that you have made mrswooner refund in paypal, I do not know what your plan is but I I have nothing to do with this issue, I don't even have a pc to play black desert for a long time because he died.

Maybe you should talk to mrswooner instead of me, I have no way to recover the account or want to do it.
 
The only person who recover the account is the original owner which is you, so what you are saying makes no scene, mrswooner is NOT the original owner thus there is no way he can recover the account because he is ID is not on file
i told you before I provided my ID to fix the payments issues, it turned out to be that was just to verify the payments and has nothing to do with the account ownership
i wish i can believe you but the thing is NO ONE has the ability to recover the account except you , and i cannot find any logical explanation for what happened besides that
 
Only the original owner has ability to can recover BDO account by providing his ID license. @MiniMNK if you are the original owner please contact support and check what is happens.

I have sold 3 accounts already on this page without any problem, I do not have a PC to play black desert, so that I will want to recover the account? And it is the newest, I would be stupid of myself knowing that you can claim me. Try talking to mrswooner in case he has done something
 
@MiniMNK after you sold the account to mrswooner have you provided him your ID license and original email?

mrswooner is already banned here so you are the only one who can help in this case

@MiniMNK so you are saying you gave mrswooner your ID to change the email ?? that doesn't make any scene, why would you gave someone you met online your ID when you can just change the email by your self and give it to him ?

i don't think you have a proof of this, but we will wait and see

I don't have the proof anymore, I deleted things after he was banned.
He didn't want me to change the email, he didn't trust me, I guess because I wasn't going to make the full payment and not to do anything to him
 
@MiniMNK, in this case, please contact support and recall the account back. Without your ID and registration info, he can't do a lot so it's your responsibility to help here. After you get the account back it needs to be returned to @SuperMode

You are the original owner, you have required info to help with this issue and most important we don't have any evidence who is responsible for the recall. This can be you or mrswooner but since he is already banned everything is on you now. As we know BDO accounts emails can be changed by contacting support and providing an ID so please assist SuperMode to get his account back.

How easy it was with the other accounts without problems...
