Date the problem begain: 11th December 2018, and repeatedly after (until the Gmail account and Epic account were eventually recovered by the Seller)

What is the dispute about?
1) Commencing 2 days after purchase (11th December) and on several occasions after, the Seller repeatedly tried to recover their Gmail account [email protected] which was connected to the Epic account (Screenshots below). I could see that the Seller remained logged in to their Gmail account Imthereallamb.com in Michigan, despite me changing Gmail password / recovery email etc.
2) On the 24th December, after the Seller repeatedly trying to recover the Gmail account [email protected], the seller finally recovered the Gmail account, changed the password, removed 2FA etc.
3) I had changed the Epic account name from the Seller's Epic username to my own, and changed the linked Email address to my own, and then enabled 2 factor authentication with Authy.
4) On the 11th Jan, I found that the Epic password had been changed, and I could not access the account
5) I could see on fortnite stats tracker that someone was using the account (epic account name was changed to mega.gengar by me a week prior)
