Was a middleman used? No.
Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it: I wanted a Steam account from him with dota and the MMR as mentioned, he asked me to go first.
Other details / notes: Since most payment gateways don't work in my country, and we tried our best to make it work through paypal, we agreed to me logging into his webmoney account and adding funds. Payment was made, and he gave me steam user name and password and blocked me the next second. Obviously, the details won't work.

i gave him login and password from my wallet (webmoney) he put money on my wallet and then ask me for details and instantly put the money back, coz he knew login and password from wallet

Well, for starters, Webmoney needs SMS verification to change password nor withdraw money.

As posted in this particular picture : http://i.imgur.com/RpNuKYY.png ; he had his mobile number attached to his account ( which is a must in webmoney ). So there is no way I could change password/withdraw funds, as accused by the scammer.

If there is a confusion, I request any of the admin to try changing password without SMS verification.

Lol. I guess webmoney doesn't allow registration without your actual number and I wouldn't BE able to change number unless there is a verification from previous number. All this can obviously be verified with a single sign up/existing webmoney account. Also please ask him why he had given his steam account user name and password. Also, why he had blocked?Admin, please let's not waste time with this scum. I'm not getting my money. Do not waste your time. How lame lol.
