Scammed by ( Local Moderator )

Here we are,
So I got scammed by Stoney, a local moderator here it seems, the reason why I trusted him to run without middleman. I was in his server too, he offered a new service unlock for 100$ - going to unlock a special camo, called “ Dark Matter Ultra “ - he gave his PayPal info, his ign and start making excuses- at the end he simply blocked me and banned me from his server. I contacted him from my alt account and when he understood what was happening he blocked that account too. I will attach all the conversation, with both my accounts.
How can he even be a local moderator? It’s really unbelievable! That’s the link of the deal thread:

I added him directly on discord, it’s shown in his profile and on his thread too the same Discord profile, with the same numbers, with the same battle.net account, I posted above the screens

Discord is notorious for imposters been able to replicate Discord IDs. Thats why you need to verify you're speaking to the correct person by verfying it through PMs here on EpicNPC. If you go to his profile here on EpicNPC, he warns of this in his profile message. This sucks but its just the way it is.

Can you just read? it’s the same ID, are you blind bro? I was in his server too, the one he speaks in his profile, did you just read what I posted? It’s HIM I dealed with him before!!
It’s a coincidence he is offline from here from Friday 12 March which is the day he scammed me and probably many other users?

I opened a request for chargeback from my credit card, investigation seems on going .. Amount looks refunded on balance card but not on PayPal, so I guess it will take some more time to complete the investigation, hopefully it will end with a chargeback..

I won a dispute via paypal and took back part of my money. Stoney still owes me 140 usd though. If he ever wishes to return to epicnpc and get unbanned he will have to pay me what he owe as per our agreement..

His due date was 11th of may and return ratio: 533.33$ usd

Haven't heard of Stoney after, he has been completely ignoring my emails.

Has anybody managed to reach out Stoney and get a official statement? if anyone has any more info, share it, would be of help

He didn’t refund anyone, but he is active everyday on discord app, like he did nothing

PayPal refunded him, not Stoney, who instead fight claim back

Yeah I won a dispute that he was fighting. He didn't issue refund on his own. He still owes me 140 usd.
