Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it: Okay, so I was looking for some WoW Battle Chest keys, and he was selling them for $11 each and I wanted 2. We did the deal and everything was great, until both of my WoW Accounts were getting put back into starter edition, he kept giving me new keys without hesitation but my accounts still were getting downgraded back to starter edition. Finally I was through with it and asked for a refund, this is where he ignored me and removed me from his skype friends list. I tried to dispute the payment but I did the stupid mistake of sending as a gift. So I'm out $22.
Other details / notes: My guess is he is selling keys that were purchased with a stolen creditcard or paypal account.
