Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it: Promised me an account, took my money first, persisted in making sure my parents could assure him that I would not go back on the charge. Acted completely paranoid in order to gain info about my visa gift card from me. Then told me he was changing the password and tried making loopholes on the "bill of sales" that we didn't formally make. He made a new account on League and gave me the info for that saying he didn't scam anybody.
Other details / notes: He took control and hacked my gowallet.com which controls my claims, balance, and now i cannot submit a form to the company to unauthorize the transactions he made with my card.
