What is the dispute about?
Wanted to buy a Seven Knights II Starter Account with Dellons for 25$. I was curious because he joined EpicNPC recently and used PayPal for purchasing with the option
to refund the money. He immediately sent it back and told me that he need it via PayPal F&F. Told him that I'm curious because hes new with no valuable feedback.
He then sent me PayPal Screenshots by buyers who got their Accounts which I still was curious but it seemed like some sort of proof. We agreed that I pay him 15$
for binding my Mail to this Account and the last 10$ after I'm able to successfully login. After paying the 15$ he told me that he was driving and need more time bla bla
and since then never heard of him again.
