What is the dispute about?
Seller and I agreed to a price of $100. I pay $50 first, he/she transfers account to me, then I pay the remaining $50.
I transferred the $50 Google Play card to him/her. The confirmed they received it. Then, they tried to extort me, knowing I already had committed $50, for more money. After I refused, they blocked me.
Other details / notes:
I know I should have used Trade Guardian/Middleman. Was dumb on my part not to.
