Purchased a Magic Arena account.
Can't change email or password without the original email. Seller said they were changing the email. That never happened, and now they are back playing the account again. Password has been changed. Would like a refund. Willing to file a dispute, but prefer to resolve this here, if possible. Seller has been active since this was brought to their attention.
