What is the dispute about?
We agreed on the half half deal. I would send half payment first and he would send me the account info to login and check everything and after confirming, I would send the other half. There is the fee when sending to another country and to avoid him paying the fees on G&S he said to send 195 on F&F and after I sent half of the payment he disappeared and hasn't answered me back. This happened recently (8:35AM PST)
