Scammed by Fedaline stole money

[iaei]

I was talking with another user about purchasing an item for FFXI and Fedaline PM's me and says he can sell me one for cheaper. Then steals my money and never delivers the item. I would like to get this guy banned if possible so he can't do it to someone else. Leaving his phone number and name and city in here so maybe someone can actually find this guy.
