Scammed by Exaltera // Fruzalegend

Hey,
just got scammed by Exaltera (epicnp.com forum name) // Fruzalegend (skype name).
Fancy story about needing 10 characters leveled up in The Elder Scrolls Online.
Payment should have been received via Western Union, never did. No MTCN for transaction, just talking and delaying.
I leveled up 29 to 50(Veteran rank 1) and then he just deleted my skype contact. (money for that leveling is 90$).
In TESO his account name in SOFTMANNEN. You can see the account in the SS below.
So you don.t have any problem working for free.

Right click his skype username and select Profile Details. Post an image of that window to show the real Skype username.

we talked about 10 characters indeed, the payment was supposed to arrive via Western Union,
I leveled one character levels 29-50 (veteran 1) then he deleted my skype contact.
I have the complete Skype conversation and I saved screen shots with different levels of his character.
