What is the dispute about? Traded CS:GO Skins for a Boom Beach Account and he never delivered.
Link of transaction thread: It was sent over steam trade. I have a pic in the proof Gallery posted below (my Steam name at that moment was Jimmy Falon)

Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it: He has his Boom beach account offered at $50-$100 on his ad (https://www.epicnpc.com/threads/844360-SELLING-EPIC-BOOM-BEACH-ACCOUNT-FOR-ANDROID-iOS-NAME-CHANGE-AVAILABLE?p=4559276#post4559276) and I contacted him over skype I asked about it and he said "It's $100"... I said thats out of my range as you stated $50... He then asked if there was any way I could get $100... I said "the only thing is if you play CS:GO I could trade skins for it." He said it was tolerable and agreed to the stated items/skins as you will see in the skype chat.... The trade went through (Proof of it in proof), he then gives me a fake password, twice. and claims he forgot it.. Then says he has to go to bed and logs off after I complain a bit... I then notice he posted a reply to his ad stating the new price is $105 (Value of my skins roughly), I contact him the next day and he tells me "What idiot would sell a $500 boom beach account for $70-$105?".... I instantly told him I would be reporting this scam and he told me that "Just saying dude, next time don't ask to buy a Boom Beach account if I ask for PayPal and you then recommend CS:GO items" <- which he agreed to do, instead of saying "No i dont accept trades"

So he gets rushed to the hospital in an ambulance with Asuna sitting with him... His Heart Stops on the way to the hospital and is then pronounced dead. However, the military 'steal' or 'kidnap' him from the hospital without telling anyone (Cuz Kirito works for the military for the VR system Kirito has been developing) It is assumed that his heart was started at the hospital VIA either Dephibs or w/e... and the entire season is about Asuna trying to find Kirito.. as the Military are keeping him locked in an under water base in a protype Medical VR system that keeps him alive in a comatose state (vegetable)... Like the one Yuki was in only more advanced...
