scammed by Erebus141 for a genshin account

i recently bought a genshin impact account from Erebus141 with trade guardian for $150. about a week after, i noticed my things were unbound/changed, and characters were switched out etc. I contacted Erebus, and they said it wasnt them. I attempted to contact the past owner, and they havent responded either. I communicated with the leech on my account through signatures, which ended in them saying i could have the account. i told them to logoff and unbind their things, and today when i came to login all my binds were gone.

who has yet to respond to my queries about the account,
i don't know how I can prove my innocence in this case, but unfortunately i was not the criminal in question

There is no such a name so it's possible that account has been recalled by the original owner and name removed with support assistance
