Other information: Said user contacted me with an account for sale. Bought the account, played on it for a bit. Didn't use the account for a week and now I cannot access it. Seller refuses to provide any help in recovering the account.

Bought a Valorant account off of this person for 25 euros. Said person said I'll gain full access to the account etc. after purchase. Received the account on the day, however the email wasn't even the original email as there's an email from Riot games about changing emails from some Russian email to the one given. No receipts on this "OG" besides Battlepass. No recovery information was provided either.

Customer bought the Account on the 09/02/2022 today he messaged me about a missing Access to the Account. He told us there has been no Games played since the purchase which has been proven wrong since games show up on Competetive Matchmaking which he told us he played and then stopped. In the meantime till then there has only been played Unranked Games on the Account. Therefor we can assume the Customer either gave the Account to someone else or sold it himself. Also we told the Customer that there is no Recovery done he was informed about the Region the Account got Created on which was Italy( therefor EUW Region) which he also knew at the Date of Pruchase. We can also forward a Video to Prove that the Account can’t be accessed by the Creation Mail.

Also since the Customer told he has made an Purchase on the Said Account he can use the Ruot Games Customer Support to Apply the Account he can’t access by any means. We won’t accept a Scam Accusation whete The Customer gets back into touch after doing Purchases on the said Account or any Gameplay done on it which can be proven.
 
I misunderstood the question. I thought he asked whether there have been games played since I've been unable to access the account, to which I replied NO. I have played the games myself and only me had the access to the account.
Using the username provided on purchase, and using region provided in this thread, which is EU-WEST, I'm unable to recover the account.

I have never said I made any purchases on the account since buying it. The account had a battle pass purchase from the Eamor himself.

Also the Customer has to use the Username that has been used on the Account if he needs to Recover for whatever Reason. The Name he is Trying to use is the Account ID not the Username therefor it will keep showing the Error.

I'm using the username, not the account ID. You provided the username yourself which can be seen in the screenshots.

Also if there would have been a Recall the Customer can easily Message the Customer Support. They can then give the Same Informations as i did. If the Customer is not wiling to Provide the Evidence from Riot Support to Proof the Scam Accusation we will consider this as a False Accusation.

Therefore from our Side there wont be any Further Reply until the Customer can Provide a Support Ticket which strengthens his Accusation as its also Quoted from your EpicNPC Template:

"If you have a support ticket about this recall, please post screenshots of it.
(you can use the HIDE tag so the images are not publicly available to everyone)"

Here is the screenshot of the last reply from Riot Games as they were unable to give me the access back due to insufficient information that YOU provided.
On the Screenshot it only Shows up your Try to recover the Said Account. As mentioned Above Riot Games can give information if the Account has been Recovered from somewhere else. Until this cant be proven we will still consider this As a False Scam Accusation.

Who is "WE"? Riot can't give me any information of the account since I have insufficient information of the account as you are refusing to cooperate and give me the details I need. You never gave me the OG email that you still have access to.

We tell you Once again First of All youSharing Private Informations in the Above given Screenshots which is Prohibited. Second we told you that u can Message the Riot Support asking them if the Account has been Recalled which they can and will Answer so that u can Proof the "Scam" u accuse us of.

What information am I sharing? The only information I have shared of you is proof of transaction which is required with visible e-mail address.
You are Sharing the Actual Paypal Adress which also Includes the Private first and last Name. Until the Deletion we will see this as Sharing of Personal Data.

Since the Customer is Privately Saying we wont stop sharing the Personal Information which is Prohibited by EpicNPC and also by European Law. By that we will now Take Legal Action against the User remedyVAL

Update: Riot Games Customer Support has now been Messaged my us, We will wait for their Reply. Below u can see a Screenshot of the OG Mail Account which doesnt Show up any Recovery Request or Changed Data until we will get the Official Information from Riot Games.

Update: Riot Games Customer Support has now been Messaged my us, We will wait for their Reply. Below u can see a Screenshot of the OG Mail Account which doesnt Show up any Recovery Request or Changed Data until we will get the Official Information from Riot Games.
Don't see any proof that it's the OG email? Where is "Welcome to VALORANT" email or Reaver Bundle purchase receipt? You said you're the original owner from Italy/Germany, but now you're also Russian. Interesting.

Update for Customer, We now got Informed from other Sellers we work with that Riot is currently taking Back Account that had Changes of the IP and MAC Adress. We will Refund the Customer in the Next 24 Hours.

If that is the case, I want to see full proof of that, not just a randomly made up excuse. Until then, you're a scammer.

Refund is nice and all, but I've proven that you're a scammer that recovers the accounts after they've been sold. Until you can provide proof that Riot just randomly decided to give the account back to the original owner you got the account from (which is clearly not you by the way), you're a scum of the earth.

No refund has been issued. Constant lies about the account and no cooperation. Multiple lies in this thread. Guy sold me the account, lied about where it was created, kept the OG & all the retrieval information, made up the lie about Riot randomly giving the account back to the owner. 24 hours have passed, no refund to be seen.
