As we spoke in skype, you said you will change email via support. You had 2 weeks to do that, but u didnt. I agree that Sum40 should have changed the email, but he only had the account for 10 days when it was taken. Had the time been longer, say at minimum 30 days, then I would have said yes, it's Sum40's fault that someone stole the account.

But 10 days is a very short period of time, you even said it takes 3-4 days to change the email, so that 10 days really turns into 6-7 days.

As the seller, you must provide assistance to your buyer to help them reclaim the account. Contact the seller you purchased the account from if you have to.

if you had been honest, that things wouldn't happen and i don't waste 160$ or i changed e-mail faster. My idea was, that when i try to change email after 1 week:
they see IP of switzerland, changed password 5 mins after this IP logged first time in. Serious?

He didnt ask me if im OO. Actualy he had his time to change email. Those 3-4 days are just aproxx time. I can write to support every day to ask change email, and the mail change time will depend on you only, if you will provide what they need, they will change this asap. I have done those few times. I cant contact him, hes ofline all the time, or have blocked me, when i asked him few times for email. And i dont know what hes doing with account, selling/trading/playing or else.

I know it because of the name of the guy (Skeletounek). in wot you have the same username in forum like ingame. that was "my" account.

I don't asked him directly but when he say that he can give me the e-mail acc then should it be his account. he also sold more wot accounts where he write, that he's the orignal owner.

You made the big mistake. I was carefully with the e-mail changing like everyone who have a brain. Who log in in a foreign account, change password and security question and ask then, can you change my e-mail dear wot support? Lol.

Apart from that: The E-mail is one of the biggest things in wargaming.net security. There are way easier games to change email.

No, he didnt agree on that. I said if he will log out of that account from website and forum, i will give him another account with similar tanks.
