Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it: On 7/11 i bought a steam account here, from a use named dixon123, the process was smooth and i got the full access of the account (Including changing email & add my own phone number). However today, 21/20, when i was still watching movies online, I received an sms saying that my phone number was removed. To verify the message to see whether its truth or not, I tried to login the steam account. The password had been changed and I could not login, I tried to recover but email was not mine anymore, it had been changed to an email z****@m*.c**
Other details / notes: The steam account has steamID of 76561198034069340, when im having access to the account i set the name to #Hashtag, now its changed to name Zwulfe
